The US Naval Sea Cadets Corps is the Navy's premier youth leadership and development organization, providing maritime education and leadership training to young people across the country. Following enrollment declines that began during COVID, the organization needed comprehensive marketing support to reverse the trend and attract new recruits to their program.

Sea Cadets faced a fragmented brand identity with local units operating without cohesive standards, creating confusion and diluting their message. The scattered marketing approach was hindering their ability to effectively communicate their value proposition and compete with other youth organizations for recruitment. They needed both strategic rebranding and tactical marketing execution to turn around declining enrollment.

The scattered marketing approach was hindering their ability to effectively communicate their value proposition and compete with other youth organizations for recruitment. They needed both strategic rebranding and tactical marketing execution to turn around declining enrollment.

We executed a complete brand overhaul, creating a fresh visual identity with new color palette, fonts, and comprehensive style guide. We developed templates and training materials for local units, along with consultation on PR and social media best practices. Taking over national PR efforts, we secured coverage in over 150 publications while fully managing their social media channels. The results were dramatic: Sea Cadets achieved more views and engagement than any other youth organization in the first six months of 2025, recorded their first net positive cadet enrollment in years, and secured an $800,000 grant that they directly credited to the increased attention and credibility our work generated.
