Noble Research Institute is a 75-year-old agricultural research organization dedicated to guiding farmers and ranchers in applying regenerative principles that yield healthier soil, more productive grazing land, and business success One Bold Step for Noble, One Giant Leap for Regenerative Ranching – Noble Research Institute. They were launching their first regenerative agriculture education program to a national audience and needed to ensure a successful rollout to maximize impact on the nation's grazing lands.

Convincing conventional farmers and ranchers to adopt regenerative practices requires overcoming generations of traditional farming methods and addressing deep-seated fear of the unknown. The challenge was both educational—making complex regenerative principles accessible and compelling—and psychological, helping risk-averse producers envision successful transitions from practices their families had used for decades.

WHAT WE DID
We helped design educational content that would drive meaningful behavior change and launched a comprehensive YouTube documentary series showcasing Noble's own transition to regenerative practices on their farms. This real-world demonstration helped mitigate farmers' fears by showing exactly what they could expect during their own transitions. The strategy successfully built Noble's YouTube channel to over 60,000 subscribers, grew their email list to over 9,000 engaged farmers and ranchers, and delivered a successful national launch of their regenerative education program, positioning Noble as the leading voice in regenerative agriculture education.
