Tractor is an organic beverage company whose founders believed they could make a positive impact on the environment and human health through creating beverages free of artificial ingredients, artificial sweeteners, synthetic preservatives, and GMOs. After securing major investment and placement at all Chipotle locations in the US, they were experiencing rapid growth but needed to preserve their founding mission and values as they scaled.

Tractor needed a way to capture and communicate their essence—why the company was founded, their transformative impact on organic farmers, and their unique business model—to both internal teams and external partners.

We created a comprehensive video series that brought their story to life through multiple formats: a documentary covering their founding story, educational animations explaining their complex business model, and remote interviews with employees demonstrating how the mission and values play out in real life. The content successfully became part of their new hire onboarding program and ongoing employee education, ensuring their core principles remain central as they continue to grow.
